Human ApoptosisMAP™

The ApoptosisMAP, a multiplex immunoassay service, provides quantitative measurements of 14 important intra-cellular regulators and mediators of apoptosis, including the Bcl family of anti-apoptotic heterodimers. Examining the levels and changes in these proteins supports evaluation of drugs designed to regulate apoptosis in the treatment of cancer and inflammatory diseases.

Assay validation was guided by clinical laboratory standards and correlated to Western Blot data. Please review our Applications and Technology page for more details.
